I stumbled across my passion and life's calling in Natural Health in 2008 when my first daughter was born. I then went on to enroll at Holistic Life Institute in Oakdale, California and graduated two weeks after my second daughter was born in 2011, as a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Holistic Health Science Educator, Certified Holistic Health Consultant, Certified Holistic Health Advisor and Certified Reiki Master.


In addition to my certifications I have spent and continue to spend thousands of hours extensively researching scientific studies, reading medical journals and books related to Nutritional Therapy, Natural Living, Human Biology, Plant Based Medicine, Immunology, Holistic Healing Modalities, Spiritual Metaphysics, Quantum Physics and more.


I consider myself a Natural Health Expert! Because of my training and personal experience restoring my own health, I have become more empathetic towards the needs of others. It has also broadened my understanding of how differently each of our bodies respond to treatments and a "one size fits all" health care motto doesn't always work. Everything I recommend I have applied to myself and my family first. I live what I teach. My approach is science-based, while in alignment with holistic principles.


I enjoy providing the healthiest desserts via my bakery business and coaching others along their wellness journeys. I am very passionate about what I do, as a practitioner and mom I have personally experienced the incredible benefits of natural healthcare. I love sharing my experiences and natural health knowledge with others. I also love baking! I've been experimenting with food and gluten free baking for the past 10 years. It all started when my husband and I discovered he and our kids had an intolerance to wheat, gluten and some other foods. Since then, we've been implementing a holistic lifestyle and an all natural-nutrient dense way of eating. For the past 2 years my husband and I have followed a very strict ketogenic lifestyle ourselves. 


Most importantly, I love being a mommy and wife, and for me, there's nothing better than being with my little family! On my spare time I’m usually in the kitchen experimenting with new dessert recipes, out doing something fun with my kids and husband, relaxing watching movies, or researching something health related.
