Many diseases we see today are directly linked to diet and lifestyle. What we eat and drink is the basis for all health and disease. Eat optimally – feel optimal. Holistic nutrition considers how we are biologically designed to eat and how foods affect the whole body systems including mind, emotions and spirit. 

My coaching is not a lose weight fast calorie counting program. I guide my clients through becoming informed about today’s food industry, how our current American Dietary Guidelines are affecting us and how to make healthy food choices with each meal. I advocate an eating plan rich in bioavailable nutrients that incorporates natural healthy fats, high quality animal foods, plenty of vegetables, low sugar/carbohydrate intake, unprocessed whole foods that are closest to nature and an individualized food plan (depending on your goals, health challenges, nutritional needs and restrictions).

I don't believe there is one diet that's perfect for everyone. Our nutritional needs shift with the seasons, life stages and times of illness. With my training and experience in nutritional therapy and modern food wisdom I aim to educate and empower my clients to achieve improved health and freedom from illness, both today and in the future through addressing imbalances caused by improper nutrition.

Holistic health and natural medicine is a distinct primary health care, emphasizing prevention, treatment, and optimal mind, body, spirit health. It is far older than conventional Allopathic Medicine and has in fact infused various healing traditions around the world since the dawn of recorded history. For example, as early as 5,000 BCE, traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine recognized that human beings were comprised of body, mind and spirit and that health represents a harmonious balance within all three.

As a Holistic Health Practitioner and Holistic Health Science Educator, I recognize and work with the inherent and intelligent self-healing process within each and every one of us. Q: How many sessions are usually needed? 

A: This depends on your health goals. If your goal is to lose weight, it may only take 1 - 2 sessions for you to learn enough to make substantial life changes. If you’re dealing with chronic health conditions, it may take you 2 - 4 sessions over 2 - 3 months to make adjustments to both your diet and lifestyle regimen to feel safe and comfortable with your changes. No minimum or maximum number of sessions is required. Services are provided on a pay as you basis.

Send me an email, we can set up a free 15 min. phone call to talk about how I can help. If you would like to move forward with my service, I will email you a Service Agreement, Health History Intake Forms, and Payment Instructions. The forms will need to be read, signed and emailed back to me before our initial call takes place. This allows me time to review your health history. Payment should also be made at this point (payment for my coaching service is required to move forward scheduling your session). I accept payments via PayPal, Venmo or major credit cards via Square. When payment is received I will email you to set up our talk time by phone or video call, whichever is more convenient for you. Services are provided on a pay as you go basis.
